For quite some time I have been sending a weekly question and answer regarding the effects of physical therapy intervention on your health. That weekly information will continue to be sent to you and beginning this week, a second email will be sent that will focus on enhancing the health of your mind and soul. Since becoming a personal coach over 8 years ago and for quite some time prior to completing that program, I have been writing numerous thoughts that have helped myself and others to heal the broken spirit. It is my hope that in sharing these thoughts with more people, healing can occur on a larger scale.
I hope that you find some food for thought in these weekly "blogs". If you find that you are not connecting to my written word, please feel free to opt out.
May we grow together, in peace!
Silent Night, Holy Night....
It is not yet Christmas Eve, however, I stepped outside at midnight to extinguish some lights and I felt the peace that I so often do on Christmas Eve. "Silent Night, Holy Night, All is Calm, All is Bright"....what would it take for us to feel this "Silent, Holy, Calm, Brightness" on most eve's? Possibly a stronger connection to ourselves by finding a piece of silence in the midst of a hectic world?! Possibly a Belief, a Faith, a Knowing that this journey called life holds many lessons in growth that will eventually allow us to live as a balance of Human and Spirit with our Hearts at the core.
In this state, we know that our human-ness will continue to feel many emotions as our hearts bend, break and somehow continue to beat as we ride the roller coaster of life. Amazingly though, while living in balance, we allow our spirits to soar to the greater heights of love, empathy and service.
Allow yourself to find a moment, each and every day to reconnect to yourself and then notice the "Silent, Holy, Calm, Brightness" that exists within and simply exudes for all to see.
Peace, Love and Joy,
Dr. Lorri A. Lankiewicz
